Ayur-Jyotish

Ayurveda is a Science that comes from the Arthava Veda, one of the 4 great books that make up the Vedas, set forth by the Rishis of ancient India more than 4,000 years ago. The first book that has been found is dated to approximately 1,500 BC and was written only after centuries of oral transmission.

In these texts we discover Man as Body - Soul - Spirit. Just as these three elements are inseparable, Man is inseparable from his environment, from his way of being, living and thinking.

These are all elements that Ayurveda takes care of taking into account. Disease is not a natural state of the human body, but the result of different imbalances. Knowledge of Ayurveda allows us to identify the cause of these imbalances and to remedy them. Treating a symptom can be a great relief, but it remains only ephemeral as long as the deep source of the disorder is not resolved.

I have chosen to systematically link my practice of Ayurveda to the study of the soul contract. Indeed, the information collected on what the soul has chosen to go through cannot be ignored for the most accurate support.

Ayur-Jyotish proposes to put Ayurvedic techniques at the service of the soul contract. It is a question here of aligning the physical body by the means implemented in Ayurveda (dietary accompaniment, by plants and body care) with the atmic body which is the signatory of the soul contract. The remedies are numerous since it is above all an awareness of the needs and capacities of the soul.

So the physical body finds itself in its place at the same time as the soul understands the ins and outs of its presence here…
