Consciousness as therapy?...
Cum scientia = with knowledge
Much has been thought and written about consciousness, is it an innate part of the psyche? Is it acquired? Is it individual or collective? A bit of everything at once?...
The part that interests me as therapy is the awareness. Not the one that involves a long process, requiring tears, courage and good emotional and financial stability to get through the long years of psychotherapy and introspection.
No, what interests me is the awareness of what belongs to us in this life and what does not belong to us...
Awareness of the obstacles placed before us and the tools at our disposal to overcome them
Awareness of our goals, what has been accomplished and what remains to be done
Awareness of our qualities to use and our shortcomings to work on
Awareness as Knowledge and Wisdom, as the opening of that toolbox specific to each of us with which we came to incarnate on this planet.
Among the tools at our disposal, Jyotish, "Science of Light" inspired by the Vedas, allows us to have a look at all the data of the soul contract, on the scale of the whole life.
Regressive hypnosis, as taught by Dolores Cannon, can help shed light on particular events in this life (and others) and provide answers to more direct issues.
Ayur-Jyotish is a look at the state of the physical and mental bodies based on the reading of the soul contract by Jyotish.
Here, Ayurvedic techniques will be related to planetary influences. In addition to having the Science of the physical body as a particular and unique individual that Ayurveda allows, we use planetary periods to determine the most favorable moments for rebalancing and anticipation of physical problems.
These three therapeutic techniques are complementary:
Jyotish allows for a reading of the soul contract with the perspective and integrity inherent in the study of the degrees and locations of planetary energies.
Ayur-Jyotish, after studying the soul contract via Jyotish, will be able to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the physical body which serves as our vessel in this incarnation, and help to support and anticipate the flaws into which illnesses could invade.
Regressive hypnosis will be particularly effective in allowing us to come into direct contact with the subtle forces to which we all have access (our "teams"), to help with awareness and therefore the overcoming of our more or less profound limits, from which all sorts of shifts, physical or etheric, can arise...
